2. How to request a refund

- Provide the order email, WhatsApp order reference, plan, and a short explanation.
- Do not send full card details, passwords, or IPTV credentials in the request.
3. Review and outcome
ITIPTV should investigate the order and applicable terms before deciding a refund request. Add the review time, payment-method treatment, processing time, tax treatment, and valid exclusions only after owner and legal review.
4. Chargebacks and abuse
For duplicate or clearly erroneous payments, contact ITIPTV promptly. For unauthorized transactions, contact ITIPTV and the relevant payment provider as appropriate. Add the verified process for disputed orders, service failure, and abusive or fraudulent requests after review. Mandatory consumer rights are not intentionally excluded.
